(iii) Upon delivery the shipment should be carefully inspected and in case of any packaging damage or a mismatch in the number of packages or their contents, delivery carrier and Firelady Fur company must be immediately notified.

Please note that all our products are made to order (check product description) so the estimated delivery time of your order will be the time we need to make the product plus the shipping time. Note also that most of our products are handmade and the time of production can vary from 4 to 8 days, depending on whether the specific color of the skins exists in our warehouse. If not, we need from 7 to 14 days to produce it. You will informed by an email if we don’t have the specific color of the skins and how long it will take to produce it.
