Return Policy

1) IF a product is customized especially for your needs we DON’T accept returns.
Custom or personalized orders.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Items on sale.

2) We accept returns only via regular post office. The return cost is the customer’s responsibility.

3) All goods will be inspected on return and if they’re properly packaged, intact and with all their labels or tags on we will refund the price of the products and not the shipping costs.You have the right to return any item for a refund, within 14 days of receiving your original order. For fur coats and jackets, you have to return them within 5 days.You have to return the item as you received it, with the labels on it and in the package.In addition, the returnee shall bear other additional costs such as customs duties.

4)Please notice that some screens are changing the color of the product, please have that in mind when you choose a product and check it on different screens if you have the possibility to avoid any mistakes.


5)If a customer wants special changes to the original design ( add details, add a collar, make it longer or shorter, change sleeve design, etc..) we can make it, but we will not accept a return or exchange of the product. 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

A) To return a product bought from our website:

For any problems-including the item’s condition, size, quality or correspondence or completeness of the products- a report must be made within 72 hours from delivery, as provided herein. Otherwise, if the customer exceeds the 72-hour limit, penalties can apply.

B) WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH WHAT I ORDER AND ONCE I GOT IT I DON’T LIKE IT FOR REASONS DIFFERENT THAN RETURN POLICIES:

The purchase of a fur article is an important decision. It will keep you warm, it can last for more than 30 years guaranteed, but don’t forget it’s something 100% real and not a petrol-based product. So, if you order some fur article and you want to return it with no proper explanation or a valid reason, we would be no able to serve you. Every customer before making a fur purchase has to be 100% informed, either from us or either from a proper fur site for what is real fur.

C) The customer will have to fill in every required detail of the Order form on the site and submit it after carefully reviewing the conditions and specifications of the product(s).

D) If the products returned by the customer arrive in damaged, incomplete, dirty or in any condition which can be interpreted without a doubt as they have been used, there will be no refund.
